At Eminence Voyager, we want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of used phone grips or cases that show signs of wear.
Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for defective or damaged items.

If you received the wrong item or a defective product, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the item and packaging.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
